Samsung B7620 Omnia comes with sliding QWERTY keypad and runs on Windows Mobile 6.5 operating system. It has a broad 3.5 inch AMOLED LCD TFT display with dimensions of 118.5*58.3*16.4 mm and 480X800 pixels resolution.
The operating system is totally customizable. The W&L button on top of the phone can be pressed to switch between different business and personal modes. The personal mode can be configured to show social networking sites, colorful widgets, updates from CNN etc. and the business mode can display the meetings, appointments, messages, notes, scheduler etc.
The screen can be turned to landscape by opening the slider. This helps for better writing and the icons become larger which is easier to press with the fingers. Also, a menu of calendar, notes, messages and emails appears in front of the user. The versions of these features are more comfortable to use. The main menu can also extend to five separate screens.
Samsung B7620 Omnia comes with wide array of connectivity options including 3G HSDPA, HSUPA, WLAN WiFi, Bluetooth v2.0 with A2DP, USB, GPRS and EDGE high end data sharing and connectivity technologies make the phone a compatible one. The sharp 5 megapixels camera support many functionalities like Auto Focus, LED Flash, Picture Geo Tagging, Image Stabilization, Face & Smile Detection, Dedicated Camera Key, Photo Editing etc. The camera provides high functionality with features like white balance, ISO sensitivity and face and smile detection which have now become standard. The camera also has the ability to record slow motion videos at QVGA resolution.
The TouchPlayer provided in Samsung B7620 Omnia unifies all video and audio library of the phone and filters them by artists or albums. The playback speed of the multimedia content can be changed and videos can also be viewed in large preview frames.
The internal storage space of Samsung B7620 Giorgio Armani is of 8GB and there is also 256MB RAM. Moreover, the MicroSD card slot allows up to 32GB external memory card.
